[ gpsdrive ] Topo website questions

Hi All;
 Can anyone figure out how to harvest topos from this website?
http://atlas.nrcan.gc.ca/site/english/maps/topo/map
 I'm trying to harvest topo maps for eastern Ontario. Is there anyplace
where data sets are available?

 A feature that would be nice is a third map type, in my case I'd like to
switch between road maps, topos and navigational charts (boat maps)
