[ gpsdrive ] Dos not compile, mapnik files missing

So... Did you read the error messages? "Please set the following
variables: MAPNIK_INCLUDE_DIR"

It fails to find the include files for mapnik. Check that they were
installed, run again and if it still fails to find the files, set the
MAPNIK_INCLUDE_DIR to the directory that contains the mapnik include
files.
