[ gpsdrive ] GPSdrive without OSM/mapnik?

I think I got it.  I did do an svn update to update my copy, but I 
created a new directory and did another svn co.  I tried using cmake 
this time and things seemed to go a lot better after editing 
Modules/FindGDAL.cmake to point to the correct location of GDAL (and 
telling it that 1.4.1 was okay) and also editing DefineOptions.cmake and 
setting WITH_MAPNIK to OFF.
