[ gpsdrive ] Simulation mode getting turned on at startup.

Try this: shut down gpsdrive. Start it up again. Use the Settings to
turn off simulation mode. Shut down gpsdrive. Observe the setting for
simfollow in gpsdriverc (it should be 0). Now start gpsdrive up, and
shut it down. Again observe the value of simfollow. I see it being
change to one.
