[ gpsdrive ] How do I display scanned map?

I have scanned a map and tried to import it into gpsdrive but it won't
display.

I have scanned the map and scaled it to 1280x1024 in png format.
I have and entry for it in map_koord.txt like so:

top_111.png 48.69515 124.56899 100000

The map and the map_koord.txt is in ~/.gpsdrive and I am running version
2.0.9 on Ubuntu Feisty.

The "Map Manager" menu entry is greyed out, there seems to be no way to
select the map I just scanned.

Thanks have been through all the FAQ's etc.
