[ gpsdrive ] 0-byte icons remove

For now I removed the 0-byte map-icons. So building packages should be asier 
for now. But we still need more icons ;-)
And we probably need them with a PD-Licence, because everything else will 
probably give us a lot of hazzle concerning derived Work from OSM-Data vs. 
GPL from GpsDrive.
