Wouldn't call myself a math guy. This kind of exercise is something we 
did at school, nothing scary. Not even a Taylor approximation. :)
And to be honest, the actual calculation was done by maxima [1], I only 
provided the equation system to solve (just inserted the given points 
into a polynom).
