Currently we sit together and design icons. ;-) As Jörg told me the license 
information is included in the file information. In addition you can get an 
overview on the complete directory where the icons are stored. To get this 
overview download the complete directory and use the 
script "create_overview.pl" (including help "-h"). 
"PD" means public domain, "GPL" and "no license" are self explaining.
