[ gpsdrive ] License of map icons

We have no plan to change any existing license of any icons in the repository. 
Our plan simply is to create new Icons for all the icons which are not PD. 
This will make it much easier for us to make mashups with OSM maps. Since 
otherwise (as I understood it) we'd have to re-license the icons under a 
CC-license too which is not possible, if the original author of the icons is 
not re-licensing his/her icons.
