thanks for your quick answer.
I've try with

./configure --without-mapnik

but I've always the line related to mapnik when I do the make.

Now I've download the svn with
svn co http://svn.gpsdrive.cc/gpsdrive/trunk gpsdrive-svn

make run good till

Making all in map-icons
