Yes, Ulf is working on a port to win32, and it already seems to run, but there
are still some issues.
AFAIK he also had some problems subscribing to this list here...
As we are planning to change a lot of internal things after the next release
(which will be hopefully soon), we told him not to put too much effort into
this. But after that, you maybe could join forces doing the windows versions.
