[ gpsdrive ] cleaning up the help text

Hi,

Attached patch fixes some small mistakes in the help text produced 
by 'gpsdrive --help', by adding the missing argument to the -o 
option, by writing all arguments in lowercase (when they are 
words), by undoing a series of unneeded uppercase letters, by 
adding a comma here and there and using a semicolon instead of a 
period, and other small tweaks like that.
