Neither good nor bad merely 'cos it's not trendy.
http://www.freebsd.org got much Worse some years back when some
misguided `improvers' messed up both its front page & search function.

Adobe ?! A free source project documented by commercial proprietary
binaries others don't also have for backup, if eg you were ill or
fell of your bike ?

Wrong. I would Not read this list if it was a closed source project.

I'm just a reader who planned to use sources on a project a while
back, but got cancelled, but I'd urge any interested to consider
carefully any objectives in web redesign. Much seems a waste of
time, I know at least 2 opinionated `modern' web designers in my
own city, & sometimes it gets worse not better, & often there's
about as much agreement & as pointless to debate as "What's the
best beer ?" Perhaps best to save most energy to write C not HTML ;-)
