Try to see if it is a routing issue or a DNS issue.

1) Try to ping the URL first and see if it returns an IP address.
Alternatively, use a tool such as dig on *nix ('dig gpsdrive.de', or to
test DNS, 'dig @4.2.2.2 gpsdrive.de')

2) If it is a routing issue, use traceroute to see where the fault
exists.

Lastly, maybe the IP of gpsdrive.de was mixed up with an IP in TPB :)
