[ gpsdrive ] OSM map position, osm2pgsql flags

There was a problem calculation the correct lon vales in gpsdrive. Can
you try the latest svn version from gpsdrive. But don't forget to
delete the mapnik cache, as the cache contains wrong generated infos.
