Hmm...the question is how to transfer data to admins then. My ISP's upload
speed is extremely slow in an effort to block PSP stuff. Once there done I
could make a DVD and mail it..:)
I'm currently working on converting a DVD of NOAA raster charts (in my spare
time) purchased from an NOAA vendor as of June .

That is going to be the preferred route to take as its a 100 bucks Canadian
off amazon.ca, a bit cheaper from amazon.com but then the duty kicks in.
Literary works, unlike sail boats, cars and petrol products are not included
in the NA free trade regulations. Strange but true. Even our natural
resources are covered but not literature and works of art. Very weird.
