[ gpsdrive ] Fix for an indirectly-related dependency problem in Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy)

I'm cold-building from SVN, and discovered this dependency problem;

libmapnik-dev depends on libpq-dev
libpq-dev depends on libpq5
libpq5 depends on libldap2

But libldap2 has been superseded by libldap-x or slapd. At this point in
time (16 Aug 08), it appears that the libpq5 library has NOT been updated to
reflect the libldap change.

Updated packages are available. Latest libpq5 package available from the
ubuntu repositories seems to be 8.3.1. However, 8.3.3 packages are
available, I think from the upcoming ubuntu release builds. I found mine at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/.

This is up to the Ubuntu folks to fix, so I'm just posting this here in case
someone else runs into the same problem.
