upon further inspection I see that GRIB support in GDAL was just added
a few months ago so not in the stable release (1.5). I think if you
drop the frmts/grib/ dir from GDAL's SVN into the 1.5.x source tree and
rerun ./configure it will pick it up though.
For me, I'll wait for GDAL 1.6 to try it, unless I need to recompile
GDAL for some other reason.
