I guess this is still the problem that mapnik cannot find the
world_boundaries on your system. You may either install them or 
edit ~/.gpsdrive/osm.xml and comment out all layers that use the
world_boundaries.

We should really either disable them by default or convince mapnik
upstream to not fail on problematic layers like mapnik did
until recently. :)
