[ gpsdrive ] GoogleMaps support for gpsfetchmap.pl

Hi,
because someone asked me today for GoogleMaps maps for GpsDrive, i wrote a 
patch for gpsfetchmap.pl.
It works, but i'm not shure about the scales. Because i found no information 
how to calculate them, i calculated them with an ruler.

The patch is against gpsdrive 2.10svn18746776.
