[ gpsdrive ] Estonian localization

Hi!

Good and sucessful NewYear'08 !

After a while looked around, refound gpsdrive and found that Estonian 
localization is gone again.
Did it (translation into et_EE ) some time ago but ....
Attached is Estonian localization po file.
configure.ac should also have et_EE in LINGUAS line where other 
languages are listed.

Will update Estonian language file after I figuring out compile 
dependencies for Fedora 8.
Currently I can not compile gpsdrive (gpsdrive-2.10pre4.tar.gz)
