[ gpsdrive ] mapnik mode after updating

For mapnik Mode you need an installed postgress, postgiss and mapnik-lib. And 
then you need to install the osm-postgis-mapnik-database with 
mapnik-osm-updater.sh or similar. I think the mapnik mode disappears, if 
gpsdrive cannot connect to postgis.
