[ gpsdrive ] Estonian localization

Hi, folks!

Attached is Estonian localization po file. Based on SVN revision 1821.
There is not much language improvements since this revision, I assume.
configure.ac should also have et_EE in LINGUAS line where other 
languages are listed.
Can you please include Estonian lang into SVN.
