[ gpsdrive ] fiducial mark symbol

Hi,

I made a new waypoint symbol for fiducial mark, attached. 
I made it as vectorized so can resize nicely to another target size if
wanted. Background would need to be made transparent too.

I'm not sure where things stand WRT OSM symbology + svn, so I'll post
it here instead of committing it in the wrong place.

Gifted to GPSDrive/OSM using whatever FOSS license the projects prefer.
