[ gpsdrive ] -x -r and -s options in GPSDrive 2.10Pre4

I have installed GPSDrive 2.09 from the Ubuntu 7.10 repositories and liked
the -x for separate windows; and the -s and -r for sizing the map window.
I have also installed GPSDrive 2.10Pre4 from the Ubuntu 8.0 repos, and these
options don't seem to work. I have discovered the -M pda options which
works a treat on my Asus eee PC, but I'd still like to adjust the window
size. The eee PC has a small screen (800x480) so running gpsdrive -s 350 -r
720 (or there about) was my preferred way to run it. This allows me to see
all status/speed info, and the directory checkboxes so I can select from my
street, satellite, and marine maps at the various scales I have.
Have these options been removed, or am I missing something. I haven't built
the latest yet - still getting my head around all the dependencies.
Thanks,
Andy.
