The POT file -- po/gpsdrive.pot -- dates back from October 2007 and 
doesn't belong to 2.10pre5.  With the conversion to cmake, the 
Makefile for the po/ subdirectory was apparently forgotten.

With the conversion, somehow localization also stopped working.  
Attached patch makes it work for me again.  At least for most of 
the UI -- the many strings that were changed since October and 
aren't in the POT file yet aren't localized.

Something else.  Even though I now have 2.10pre5 installed, the main 
window and --version still report pre4.
