Strange. This package should only contain the world boundaries. Which might 
lead to a mapnik error whining about not finding these files. 

But this one sounds more like it cannot find the geoinfo.db
$ dpkg --listfiles openstreetmap-map-icons
...
/usr/share/icons/map-icons/geoinfo.db
