[ gpsdrive ] Marine Chart Integration

Greets:

I have some notes on this subject (NOAA raster charts..ENC/vectors are not 
supported on linux at this time) in particular and got it to work thanks to 
Hamish's help off line. Over the weekend I'll have some time to clean them up 
and post to the list where they should be reviewed, tested and then archived 
once cleaned up. Its basically a summary of the stuff Hamish send me 
paraphrased in nubie language..;) 

A dedicated marine version would be great...as it could be kept small and 
loaded on an EEEPC which selfishly is my intended use.
