[ gpsdrive ] Marine Chart Integration

Hopefully the NZ Mariner raster charts have the same format as the
NOAA charts, as then I'll be able to re-use your instructions and get
the New Zealand (and Australian) coastline into gpsdrive.

On the EEE PC front, I am thinking a new customized linux (maybe a
derivative of eeeOS) with gpsdrive pre-installed would be a good
project.  This would run of an SDHC and be configured to startup
gpsdrive when it boots.
