[ gpsdrive ] NASA maps

As what I remember, the NASA Support should still work. But it is a long time
and a lot of Codechanges ago since I tested this. Last time I tried it, i had
to convert the maps with gdal to be able to use it.
If you search in the mailinglist-archives, you might find the last
conversation about this.
If you get it working, please drop us a note, so we can change the README.
Maybe we can still get it working...
