[ gpsdrive ] Current HOWTO as at 08/06/2008

With suggestions from many and some more input from my own testing
attached is the current version of the
Ubuntu/Gpsdrive/Postgres/Mapnik/Openstreetmap HOWTO

I have renamed the file to reflect what it contains.

Hopefully sometime this week I will have a HOWTO with just using deb
packages.
