Hi there!
I just tried to upgrade to the latest svn-version. I
could successfully use the 2.10~pre4-3-version
provided by the debian repository but now I can't
start the latest svn-version (19638159) anymore. I
tried a full removal including the config files and a
reinstallation as well as trying the previous
svn-versions (19638153 and 19638140) but the
error-messages stay the same. starting gpsdrive on the
console says the following:

----------------------

Line not recognized
DB: Using waypoints from local user file.
Error: Could not find provider PostgreSQL in the
current setup

** (GpsDrive:18047): CRITICAL **:
gda_connection_add_event: assertion `GDA_IS_CONNECTION
(cnc)' failed
Read 576 POI-Types from geoinfo.db

terminate called after throwing an instance of
'std::ios_base::failure'
what(): failed opening file: Bad file descriptor

----------------------

Cheers
Linus
