[ gpsdrive ] Selecting map scale

How do I change the map scale that gpsdrive displays? The "<<" and ">>"
buttons only seem to change the slider at the bottom of the window - not
actually change the currently displayed map.

I'm using gpsdrive 2.10pre4 on arch linux.
