[ gpsdrive ] Build issues

Greets:

Reloaded Ubuntu 8.10 today and started rebuilding all my required apps. Time 
to clean house. What is interesting is that gpsdrive svn checkout from today 
gives me the following error despite meeting all requirements. Any insights 
would be great as to what I am doing wrong.
