just turn off the features you dont want once you run ccmake if your working 
from source. Given what you are doing...that's the route I would take. Other 
things to turn off is gdal support and friendserver.

the instructions could be expanded at this point as when you run ccmake for 
the first time there are a number of options presented. Since your hacking 
with maeno and nokia I'll make the assumption your know your way around with 
ccmake.

I would love to know your experience with those once you get some charts on 
it. It was my preferred choice until the UMPC's arrived.

and friend server as well. You dont need that part either, then the final 
build is relatively small.
