what do you mean?
the extensions? those are currently ignored.
depending on how you open the file for gpsdrive, some parts are ignored.

please take care, tracks and routes are different things and handled in a 
different way!
a track is a recorded path that someone already has followed. in gpx this is 
represented by <trk> and <trkpt> elements. tracks can only be recorded and 
viewed in gpsdrive.
a route is a path that you want to go, represented by important corner marks,
in gpx as <rte> and <rtept>. in gpsdrive routes can created, edited and 
viewed.

some programs seem to export routes as gpx tracks, which is not gpx standard.
