[ gpsdrive ] svn build and gpx import

Greets:

Just finished building the latest svn checkout. Only barf was with mapnik so 
this was switched off.

Garmin gpx file downloaded by EasyGPS (all windows stuff typically used on XP) 
renders waypoints and track seemlessly.  Very nice. The gpx file must be 
loaded as a track. When loaded as a route only the waypoints render. 

Guess you need mapnik > 0.4 as that what I have access too and it barf. Other 
then that, build is painless.
