[ gpsdrive ] map downloads

Greets:

Been keeping my version in sync with the svn version on a biweekly basis. I 
did not build in openstreetmap support due to the libmapnik issues on Ubuntu. 
What I notice is that for the last week I have not been able to render newly 
downloaded maps from expedia. Then only today I realized why. On the latest 
trunk build when you select the download map window you can now select the 
map source. The only ones presented however are:

NASA's OnEarth Landsat Global Mosaic, and
OpenStreetMap Tiles at Home

Has expedia support vanished or is there something wrong with my build. SVN 
shows revision at 2113
