including an "are you sure?" dialog on pressing [clear]

if it's not too urgent, I would include those buttons during the next week...

the problem is, that 'clear' and 'new' sound very similar.
tooltips are usually a good way to clarify this, but on a touchscreen 
controlled pc (in car mode) tooltips are more or less useless...
