a) IBM/Lenovo R51 running the current

* Ubuntu 8.04.01 compatibility. This is a Long Term Support version of
  Ubuntu, supported past 2011, and likely to be useful on Small Cheap
  Computers (SCCs). libsqlite is one incompatibility I've noticed.

* Easier use of mapnik, GRASS, GPSdrive in general. I am not a GIS
  Guru, and aspects of GPSdrive that require DIS guruhood are useless
  to me.

* Decent documentation.

* Routing would be a good long term goal. Could the GPSdrive and
  RoadNav projects collaborate here?
