please wait- I have written a patch to disable GDA3 from cmake and now
I can build GpsDrive for Etch without modification, and the same should
be true for Ubuntu Gutsy and Hardy. And perhaps for OpenMoko too? It
has the effect of disabling Mapnik too but you can save on the
postgresql depends.

I am waiting to hear that it works with a full setup before applying to
SVN in the next few days.


what else would you like to be able to turn off besides GDA3/Mapnik?
