[ gpsdrive ] pre7 on OS X

I've just been through an ordeal of compiling 2.10pre7 on Mac OS  
10.5.8 and would like to share my success with others. I installed  
most of my dependencies from Fink, so I had to update the cmake files  
to look where Fink installed them. How would I go about doing a diff  
so that these changes can be incorporated?

Further, cmake didn't generate the necessary linker flags, so I had to  
add a good number by hand. I'd like to help get that working smoothly  
as well.
