[ gpsdrive ] 2.10rc1 release?

Hi,

things seems to have settled down a bit now so I wonder if it is time to
rename 2.10pre7 to 2.10rc1 and release as-is? There are a lot of nice
fixes and features which currently only live in svn checkouts and could
use wider testing.  plus we can put new things into sid now :)

If all goes well, maybe release with minimal changes as 2.10-final in a
month's time?
