[ gpsdrive ] libgps and speed/track

Depending on the order of the NMEA sentences from the receiver, we can
receive NaNs back from libgps. The following patch ignores the information
if it's not flagged as valid.

It might be a good idea to apply similar checking to the other values we get
back from libgpsd.
