gpsdrive is in "default" configuration and stores its waypoint in
"~/.gpsdrive//waypoints.db". Kismet doesn't store them at all. Just make
sure kismet is running before you start gpsdrive and gpsdrive will
connect to kismet and store the networks automatically when there is a
new one.
