First is the gpsdrive-svn second is the imported osm-svn

Well, since I do a build for (almost) every new svn revision I needed a change 
in the changelog anyhow. So I decided te create the changelog from svn-log 
each time I do a new package.

At Releasetime we can compress the existing Changelog and create a smaller one 
from this one.
