na tried that...and the existing responses all involve single charts inserted 
into existing shapefiles then reprojecting the data, no shape file for the 
Atlantic as far as I know..:)

You gotta check out maptiler.org Its all and more when it turns gold. Pretty 
darn impressive. Collar removal will be available at 1.0 and currently 
shipping a pretty stable alpha3.
