You might want to have a look at the Debian packages you build:

Unpacking replacement openstreetmap-utils ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/openstreetmap-utils_15034_i386.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite /usr/bin/test', which is also in package coreutils
dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)

It's not a good idea to be attempting to install a binary called "test". For
a start, it's often a shell built-in command...

The problem started after version 14462.
