[ gpsdrive ] postgres setup: username

I ran the instructions to set up postgres per the file
Documentation/README.Mapnik_and_OpenStreetMaps. I set up
the postrges user name to be "gis" rather than the user name I usually
run under, figuring I could set that up in gpsdrive's configuration
file. Is there a place to do that, or shall I go back to the beginning
and rebuild with my usual user name?
